Celebrate a Remarkable Rotary Year at Our End-of-Year Banquet

Join us for one of the most anticipated events of the Rotary year—our End-of-Year Banquet on Friday, June 26, at 6:00 p.m. at Dunwoody Country Club. Together, we will honor the 2025–2026 Board, led by President Matthew Johnson, and celebrate the passing of the gavel to Incoming President Dave Burr and the 2026–2027 Board.  The evening will feature a dinner buffet, and each Rotarian is welcome to bring a guest. In addition to celebrating our year of service, we are once again inviting creative volunteers to decorate themed tables for the banquet; contact Alison if you'd like to decorate a table.

Reservations Required.  To reserve your place, please contact Alison Norris at 678-596-7695 or email her at callingdunwoodyhome@gmail.com.

Help Us Carry on our Rotary "New Year's" Tradition at Dunwoody Parade!

Have you ever stood along the crowded streets of Dunwoody on Independence Day, watched the vibrant parade roll by, and thought, “I wonder who builds those floats?” or “How can I be a part of that magic?"  Now is your opportunity! The Rotary Club of Dunwoody is carrying out a fun-filled, 30+ year club tradition of celebrating the new Rotary year at one of Dunwoody's largest community events! We need every hand on deck to make this year’s participation an overwhelming success. This year, our impact is bigger than ever: RCD is proud to be a Silver Sponsor of the City of Dunwoody’s Fourth of July Parade. To honor this commitment and showcase our vibrant club to the community, we need a strong, enthusiastic showing of volunteers.

Quick Details at a Glance:

  • Float Building & Social: Sunday, June 28 (Late Afternoon)
  • Dunwoody 4th of July Parade: Saturday, July 4 at 9:00 AM Sharp (Staging at the corner of Jett Ferry & Mt. Vernon Highway). Wear your Rotary shirt and comfortable walking shoes.
  • Hot Dog Stand & Bake Sale: Saturday, July 4 (Post-Parade) @ End of the Parade Route in Dunwoody Village

Check out the details, then contact Dave Burr to let him know how you'd like to help! We'd love to see everyone participate!

Golf Tournament Update
Thanks for a Marvelous and Magnificent (M&M) Job

The golf tournament was a great success thanks to all of you - producing $44,000 for distribution to Do What You Love To End ALZ, Anchor Place and our Rotary Club of Dunwoody Charitable Fund.  We absolutely could not have done this with all your support - as sponsors, finders of sponsors, auction item donators, and volunteers!

While you won't be hearing about the golf tournament for a while:

  • We hope to be presenting checks to Alzheimer's and Anchor Place at our upcoming end of year gala
  • We encourage you to go ahead and mark your calendar for our 6th FORE! the Memories tournament - scheduled for May 17, 2027
  • Expect to be hearing soon about the Whiskey Raffle that's coming up in the fall.
